Born on March 22, weighing in at 7 pounds and measuring 20 1/2 inches, baby girl Carson Layne Williams became the 2017 Ag Baby of the Year. She joins big brother Max, age 2, and parents Berl and Christy Williams in their Lewistown ranch home.

The family received a gift basket for the honor that included a western outfit, laundry basket, diaper bag with all the accoutrements, a baby bib and blanket, stuffed animals, homemade cookies, gift certificates from Custom Cuts and Shopko, and other items.

The now larger Williams family also has a construction company called Innovative Solutions and Custom Farming. The Ag Baby of the Year is a program of WIFE, Women Involved in Farm Economics.
