Art Center Happenings

Shakespeare
in the Park, June 28
“The Comedy of Errors” will be performed on June 28 at the Pine Meadows Golf Course at 6:30 p.m. This play has more intrigue, twists and turns, and characters than our national political race. You will witness a play involving twins, romance, madness, prison, mistaken identities, and so much more.
Come early for some great food and drink and pull up your lawn chair or blanket for an incredible evening with the gorgeous Judith mountains as the backdrop.
We want to thank the Elks trustees and the Pine Meadows golf course for being sponsors of this performance. In addition, we thank Eye Care Associates, the Moen Family Dental group, Joan McMahan, the Family Wellness Center, and the Fergus Count Medical Society for sponsoring this event. As always, this is free to the public.

Peter’s watercolors of the Montana landscape offer pristine use of the medium, with atmospheric characteristics and confidence of this subject matter.

Jocelyn Howerd Ceramics, Aug. 5 and 6: Jocelyn is currently a resident at the Red Lodge Clay Center. Her skills in hand building and creative interpretation are superb. This class is open to all ages and all skill levels. Everyone will learn valuable techniques from this incredible clay artist.

New work in the Gift Shop
Clay artist Cindy Eve brought in her latest ceramic work, including bowls, pie plates, soap dispensers and more. Cindy is a skilled potter and her pieces will add beauty to anyone’s décor.
As always, we are proud to provide the venue for so many Montana artists to show and sell their work. What a beautiful way to strengthen our local and state’s economy.
