A Lewistown Police Department officer and a tow truck driver watch as a passenger car is pulled onto the tow truck following a Tuesday afternoon accident on Main Street. “The vehicle tried to cross Main on Fifth Avenue and didn’t make it,” Assistant Police Chief Ryan Berry said. “Then it was struck, and hit two other parked cars.” Berry reported there were no injuries, and, out of the four vehicles involved, only the offending vehicle was left inoperable.
