Hospice benefits from golf tournament

The Fergus High School team took third place at the recent Hospice Golf Benefit event. Team members donated their cash prize to Hospice.

 Several lucky sportsmen and women enjoyed winning prizes in the annual Hospice Golf Benefit held Saturday, July 16.

Raffle winners were drawn and Lewistown’s Rosemary Youderian accepted the first place prize, a 2017 Pine Meadows Season Golf Pass.  

The second raffle winners of both the golf clubs (donated by Larry Grinde) and shirt (donated by Ron Conrad of California) were the Benefis – Great Falls team. Benefis was a corporate sponsor of the event. 

In the golf tournament, the first place Sleepy Hollow Team won a $400 prize. The team donated the money they won to Hospice. The second place team was the Great Falls team sponsored by Benefis. In third place was the Fergus High team, winning $200, which they donated to Hospice.
