Lee Scoville was born on July 27, 1930 in St. Louis, Missouri, and passed away on April 26, 2022 in Denver, Colorado from natural causes, with her daughter Jan Scoville and grandchildren by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Levi Scoville, her parents, and her brother. Lee moved from comfortable St.

Lee moved from comfortable St. Louis in her 20s to Billings to go to college as an art teacher, and ended up married to a cowboy, raising a garden, plucking chickens, and cooking for a large crew of hired hands on the PN ranch, out in the wild breaks of the Missouri River. When she was in her 40s the family moved to Yuba, Wisc. to raise beef cattle.

Lee loved cooking, any craft you can think of, sewing and farm life. She worked many years in Richland Center, Wisc. at a fabric shop and at the Brewer Library.

Lee is survived by her four daughters; Roxy Lentz, Susan Scoville, Carol Gilbert, Jan Scoville, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
