Lewistown businesses attend customer satisfaction seminars

The Customer Satisfaction/Communication seminars held Tuesday, March 21 at the Eagles drew 58 attendees from 26 Lewistown businesses.
The free, two-hour workshops were conducted by Laura Lee Ulrich, hospitality and customer service specialist from Broadus.
A copy of Ulrich’s PowerPoint presentation, along with a packet of information about Central Montana’s attractions and maps from the seminar is available by contacting Carly Wheatley at Snowy Mountain Development Corp, 535-2591, or by emailing smdccarly@midrivers.com.
Hot off the press and shared at the seminars was the new “Natural Areas of Lewistown and Central Montana” brochure, produced by the Nature/Tourism Committee of ROC. The double-sided, full-color brochure features a detailed map of Lewistown’s beautiful 24 miles of walking trails on one side. On the other side is a map of Fergus County indicating “outdoor” opportunities for boating, cabin rentals, camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, hunting, biking, picnic areas, canoeing, snowmobiling, swimming, wildlife viewing and cross country skiing.
These brochures are free and available at the Lewistown News-Argus, Lewistown Area Chamber of Commerce, the Lewistown Art Center, Don’s Store and Snowy Mountain Development Corp. These maps are perfect when planning to entertain family and friends visiting from afar who love the beauty and bounty of Central Montana.
The Nature/Tourism Committee of ROC appreciates the sponsors and door prize supporters of the seminar, and all the employers and managers who arranged for their personnel to “get off work” to attend the seminars.
Attendees at the seminars represented the following local companies and businesses: Benchmark Masonry, Benefis Spectrum Waive, Boys and Girls Club of Lewistown, Bureau of Land Management/Lewistown Field Office, CCARV, Central Montana Medical Center (multiple departments), Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge, Courtesy Motors, Inc., Don’s Store, Eastman Sign Co., Fergus County Road and Bridge Department, Fergus Farm Mutual Insurance, HCR, Inc., Judith Mountain Lodge, KXLO-KLCM radio, Lewistown Area Chamber of Commerce, Lewistown Art Center, Mid-Rivers Communications, Montana West Farm Bureau, MSU Fergus County Extension, Snowy Mountain Development Corp, The Sport Center, Stockman Bank of Lewistown, Treasure Depot/Council on Aging and Westwind Web Solutions.
