Lewistown Fire-Rescue

Lewistown Fire Rescue was dispatched to the following calls:

 

July 17

• Medical Call, 1954 hours: dispatched to the scene of a male who has fallen. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance crew upon their arrival. Fire personnel remained on scene to assist with patient care before returning to quarters.

 

July 20

• Medical Call, 0256 hours: dispatched to the scene of a male experiencing severe abdominal pain. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance crew upon their arrival. Fire personnel returned to quarters.

• Medical Call, 0937 hours: dispatched to the scene of a female experiencing abdominal pain. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance crew upon their arrival. Fire personnel remained on scene to assist in packaging and loading patient for transport before returning to quarters.

• Hazardous Materials Call, 1033 hours: dispatched to assist with a chlorine bottle change at the city pool. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and assisted. Fire personnel returned to station.

• Fire Call, 1733 hours: dispatched to the scene of a public complaint of burning garbage. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Upon investigation, it was determined that the resident was burning wood. Resident advised to continue using clean burning fuels. Fire personnel returned to quarters.

• Fire Call, 1942 hours: dispatched to the report of smoke and possible fire in a residential area. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Upon investigation, it was determined that the smoke was coming from a resident smoking food. Fire personnel returned to quarters.

 

July 21

• Medical Call, 1608 hours: dispatched to the scene of an unresponsive female. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene to administer aid. Upon assessment, it was determined that the patient was diseased. Fire personnel returned to quarters.

• Medical Call, 1822 hours: dispatched to the scene of a female victim of assault. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance crew upon their arrival. Fire personnel returned to quarters.

 

July 22

• Medical Call, 0609 hours: dispatched to the scene of an unresponsive male. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene to administer aid. Upon assessment, it was determined that the patient was diseased. Fire personnel returned to quarters.

• Medical Call, 1139 hours: dispatched to the scene of a female experiencing seizures. Firefighter/EMT’s responded to the scene and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance crew upon their arrival. Fire personnel returned to quarters.

• Fire Call, 2354 hours: dispatched to the scene of an unattended recreational fire. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Upon investigation, it was determined that the fire had burned to coals. Fire personnel soaked the fire pit down with a garden hose before returning to quarters.

 

 

July 23

• Medical Call, 0211 hours: dispatched to the scene of a male who has fallen with possible hip injury. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance crew upon their arrival. Fire personnel remained on scene to assist in packaging and loading patient for transport before returning to quarters.

 

July 24

• Medical Call, 0137 hours: dispatched to the scene of a male who has fallen with injury. Firefighter/EMTs responded to the scene and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to Lewistown Police because CMMC ambulance crew did not arrive on scene. Fire personnel remained on scene to assist in packaging and loading patient for transport before returning to quarters.
