Lewistown local wins scholarship from the University of Idaho

Karissa Lynn Jensen of Lewistown, recipient of the Donald E. Roberts Chemistry Scholarship, was among those making up the more than $25 million in scholarship support given to University of Idaho students for the 2016-17 academic year.

The funds were awarded to over 5,500 students from 47 states, including Montana. These scholarships are a combination of merit, need-based and outstanding achievement awards. Many scholarships are funded privately by the University of Idaho Foundation, Inc., through the generosity of donors and alumni.
