For the safety of our community the Lewistown Public Library is currently closed to the public. To better serve our community during this time, we are actively adapting a few services and support to an online platform.

We are excited to introduce a new program at your LPL - Virtual Storytime. Ms. Brittney will host storytimes live via our Library page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lewistownmontanapubliclibrary/.

The schedule will mirror the storytime schedule currently in place: Books and Babies (0-2 year olds) on Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. and Preschool and Kinders (3-6 year olds) on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. Join Ms. Brittney for this new and fun mode for kids to stay connected with our library community.

Accurate and up-to-date information on the health of our state and country can be accessed on the library website at www.lewistownlibrary.org. The status and information are changing rapidly, and the library website provides reliable resources regarding all facets of the current situation the country is experiencing.

The Board of Directors will hold the upcoming meeting via phone or online on Thursday, March 26 at 1:30 p.m. All Board meetings are open to the public. To access the meeting, use dial-in number (425) 436-6307, access code: 836302# or join the online meeting: https://join.freeconferencecall.com/danib9online, meeting ID: danib9.

The library serves as a champion for the 2020 U.S. Census. Information, assistance and tutorials will be up-and-coming online. Stay current on our website and watch for live tutorials on Facebook in the near future.

We wish you all good health and remind you all to – “Believe in your shelf!”
