MSU Extension employees awarded for excellence

Montana State University Extension agents, staff and supporters from across Montana recently received awards during Extension’s annual conference held at MSU in Bozeman.

Among the many awards given out, first place in the Community Partnership Award for the Western Region went to the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program. Extension professionals who offered DEEP programming in their communities include: Denise Seilstad of Fergus County, Lisa Terry, Lynn Paul (retired food and nutrition specialist at MSU in Bozeman), Kendra Seilstad of Blaine County, Jane Wolery, Katrin Finch of Cascade County, Tara Andrews, Sheila Friedrich of Richland County, Janell Barber of Chouteau County, Alice Burchak, Jackie Rumph of Yellowstone County, Nori Pearce, Juli Thurston of Sanders County, Jennifer Anderson of Rosebud-Treasure Counties, Kim Lloyd of Lewis and Clark County, Roubie Younkin of Valley County, Julie Riley, Kelly Moore of Missoula County, Bobbi Roos of Daniels County, Jesse Fulbright of Liberty County, Renee Kittle of Flathead County, Ken Nelson of McCone County and Laurie Lautt, retired, of Big Horn County.
