Pool opens Saturday

Saturday, June 3 is the opening day for the Lewistown City Pool and Water Slide and has been designated “Thank You Pool Patrons”  day. Anyone can use the pool and water slides all day for $2.
Season passes will go on sale together with swim lesson registration Tuesday and Wednesday, May 23-24 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at the Civic Center.  Registration at the pool begins Monday, June 5 (see below). 
Season passes are: $50 for one person, $75 for two family members, $100 for three family members and $125 for four family members or more.
Daily fees are: $4 for 18 and over; $3 - 7-17 years of age; $2 for ages 4-6 and, 3 and under – free.
Slide passes are: $3 for an all-day pass and $25 for 10 all-day passes. Slide fee is separate from the pool fee or season pass.
Lap swim: $4 each team or use your season pass.
City residents will receive a 10-percent discount on everything but daily fees.
Season swim passes allow for public swimming between: 1-7 p.m. Saturday-Sunday; 1:30-5 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and Friday until 9 p.m. The pool will close on Mondays at 7 p.m. for pool in-service training. Fridays in August the pool will close by 8:30 p.m. due to an early sunset.
Family run nights are 6 p.m. to closing. On Super Slide Sundays, slide passes are $2 all day. Other nights: Music Mondays, Bring a Toy Tuesday (swim with a water toy appropriate for the pool, such as divings sticks, foam balls), Noodle Night Wednesday (bring your own noodle or borrow one from the pool, Inflatable Fridays (come and bring an inflatable tube and swim with it at the pool).
