The Monday meeting of the Fergus County Community Council had two main points of discussion, according to Secretary and Treasurer Tom Wojtowick.

“It was a pretty standard meeting,” he said. “The only thing that kind of came up was Joshua Scotson, new member as of last fall, really tracks a lot of current things and brought up [concerns about] smart power meters.”

Wojtowick added the council once again discussed county roads after member Rod Boling presented a five-gallon bucket of large stones he had collected from area roads.
