Central Montana Head Start Menu Nov. 7 - 10


Central Montana Head Start menu is as follows:

B=breakfast, S=snack, L=lunch. All meals are served with one-percent milk.

Monday – B. Rice crispy cereal, bananas, milk; L. Meatloaf, green beans, whole wheat rolls tropical fruit, milk; S. cucumber sticks, whole wheat crackers, water

Tuesday – B. Pumpkin bread, peaches, milk; L. Chef salad, ww crackers, orange, milk; S. Pretzels low salt, 100 percent juice

Wednesday – B. Scrambled eggs w/cheese, English muffin, mandarin oranges, milk; L. Turkey rice soup w/veggies, whole wheat roll, pears, milk; S. Grapes, rice cakes, water

Thursday – B. Apple cheese squares, milk; L. Chicken pita sandwich, celery and carrots, kiwi, milk, cucumbers, apples, milk; S. Cheese stick, whole wheat crackers, 100 percent juice

Lewistown School Menu Nov. 7-11


The Lewistown Public School lunch menu for all school buildings is as follows:

Monday – Spaghetti, garden salad, pepper strips and cucumbers, apple wedges, whole grain garlic toast

Tuesday – Chicken pot pie, potato wedges, Broccoli and cauliflower, kiwi

Wednesday – Taco soup with corn chips, baby carrots and celery bites, Mandarin oranges, chocolate cake

Thursday – Chicken nuggets with dippin’ sauce, potato smiles, green beans, strawberries and bananas

Friday – Turkey and cheese sandwich, lettuce and tomato, fresh veggies, applesauce, cornflakecookie

Junior high and high school lunch menus include an alternate entrée: Monday – Big daddy pizza; Tuesday – Hamburger on a bun; Wednesday – French bread pizza; Thursday – Chicken sandwich; Friday – Big daddy pizza. 

Grab ‘n Go meals are available and include sandwich and salad choices each day. Grab ‘n Go meals include milk and cost the same as a hot lunch.



Breakfast is served for 30 minutes before the first bell of the school day. The menu includes:

Monday – Mini benefit bar, cheese stick, melon

Tuesday – Breakfast burrito, orange wedges

Wednesday – Mini pancakes, hard boiled egg, applesauce

Thursday – Breakfast quesadilla, juice or fruit

Friday – Cold cereal, breakfast bread, juice

Milk is served with breakfast and lunch. Milk choices: eight-ounce carton of no-fat chocolate milk, one percent white milk or no-fat white milk.

Breakfast juice choices include four-ounce servings of apple juice, grape juice or orange juice.

The breakfast bar for Lewistown Junior High and Fergus High schools consists of an entrée and a serving each of fruit or juice and milk. Students may choose one item from each category.
