Sheriff’s Log

The following report is taken from information provided by the Fergus County Sheriff’s Department and does not represent the total scope of the sheriff department’s activity. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 7

• At 3:30 p.m. a person was transported from Musselshell to Fergus County Detention Center. He was was transported on a warrant for two counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, two counts of drug paraphernalia, one count of driving on a suspended license, and one count of speeding.

• At 3:44 p.m. a woman called about goats loose on Casino Ceek Drive. She said they were just walking in the ditch. A deputy didn’t see any goats when he checked the area roughly 30 minutes later.

Feb. 8

• At 1 p.m. Central Montana Dispatch radioed over a 911 call about five to six horses in the highway north of Bohemian Corner.

• At 2:21 p.m. a man was taken to the Fergus County Detention Center by the Lewistown Police Department. He was arrested as a habitual offender for operating a vehicle with a revoked driver’s license.

Feb. 9

• At 10:37 p.m. a Fergus County deputy arrested a woman on a Judith Basin District Court warrant. The warrant was for theft and burglary.
