• At 4:49 p.m. a woman complained about her neighbor’s two dogs. She stated one had terrorized the neighborhood for the past week and both animals were now out and vandalizing her property: peeing on the nice landscaping, digging holes and wandering through the garage. The woman said others were having problems with the dogs, too. She said she just wanted to know her options. A deputy responded.
