April 13

• At 1:35 p.m. a woman gave a belated account of an assault. She said she had been running in early December when a man started yelling at her and then pushed her. The dispatcher asked why the incident hadn’t been reported earlier, and the caller replied she hadn’t known it was possible to report it.

• At 4:09 p.m. a caller reported a car sitting in the middle of the road. No one was in the vehicle, but the keys were still inside. The sheriff’s department turned the incident over to the Montana Highway Patrol.

April 17

• At 6:26 p.m. a caller stated the front wheel fell off his SUV. He requested someone come and take pictures. A deputy responded 10 minutes later, and told dispatch this was a non-injury accident that should be turned over to the Montana Highway Patrol.

April 18

• At 2:07 p.m. Central Montana Dispatch radioed over a 911 call. A man mowing his lawn had heard a loud boom that sounded like dynamite being set off, but he hadn’t see any smoke. A deputy headed out to area and discovered a concrete truck had blown one of its tires.

• At 6:17 p.m. a caller who wished to remain anonymous reported a man was riding his dirt bike through town very loudly. The woman added the rider has also torn up grass in the park, and continued all of his driving habits despite warnings from several people. Dispatch said they would advise a deputy, and recommended the woman call when the disruptive riding was happening.

April 19

• At 2:54 p.m. a woman called in a suspicious vehicle. She stated a maroon truck had driven around her house several times before parking out front. The driver then pulled out a pair of binoculars and looked towards the house. The woman said the truck left when she went out on the porch, but she was worried because she was often home alone with her children.
