May 5
• At 9:59 a.m. a caller reported one of his calves had been run over the night before. He said there was a small skid mark, but no other tracks or evidence.

May 6
• At 10:05 a.m. a deputy radioed in that a Lewis and Clark National Forest entrance gate had been cut. He spoke to a mountain biker, who stated the gate had been broken for about a month. Dispatch left a message with the Lewis and Clark National Forest.

May 7
• At 7:35 a.m. a woman reported her neighbor and his chickens. She said her neighbor let his chickens run loose, and the birds had been coming to her carport, “pooping all over,” and eating her new grass seed. A deputy spoke to the neighbor.
• At 10:23 p.m. a deputy arrested a man after pulling over the man’s truck for a traffic stop. The man was booked into jail and issued citations for open container, careless driving, and a first-offense DUI.

May 9
• At 11:54 a.m. a call came in about a possible burglary. A woman had arrived home to find her doors open and a window broken, and was afraid to enter the house. A deputy was on scene at 12:13 p.m. and reported the house clear at 12:16 p.m. The case was filed under burglary.
