Sherry Hill named Outstanding Customer Service Representative

The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research announced Sherry Hill is the 2016 Outstanding CSR of the Year recipient for the state of Montana.

To qualify for the top state honor, Hill submitted the winning essay on the following topic: “Many in our industry came into insurance by chance, but have built a career by choice. How did you come into the industry, and what are four reasons you stayed and built a career?”

Additionally, Hill was selected for having demonstrated outstanding service and professionalism within the insurance community.

Hill began her insurance career as a customer service representative in 2008 at Hobson Insurance, and obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2012. She also won Outstanding CSR of the Year for the state of Montana in 2013. Hill is an outstanding member of the commercial lines team at Hobson Insurance in Hobson where she services accounts from across the United States.

Hill received a framed certificate, embossed with the special Outstanding CSR of the Year bronze medallion symbol, and is now one of the 42 individuals eligible for the national honor. The National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award carries a $2,000 cash prize and a scholarship for the recipient’s employer to any program offered by The National Alliance. 

The national winner also receives a distinctive gold and diamond lapel pin cast with the Outstanding CSR of the Year emblem. Additionally the winner’s name will be inscribed on a sculpture permanently displayed at the national headquarters in Austin, Texas.
