Tiny Hazel Huff, 100

Tiny Hazel Huff, 100, of Lewistown passed away on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 of natural causes at the Central Montana Medical Center.

Tiny was born to Alexander and Jennie (Young) Sharp on Nov. 27, 1916, 9 miles east of Lewistown. Tiny completed her education by taking a correspondence course and graduating from high school. On Jan. 30, 1934 she married Glenn E. Huff in Winnett, Mont.

Tiny retired after working for Tony Gies for 25 years, but she was always busy with some project. She loved bowling, fishing and camping. She was a member of the Eagles, the Moose and her bowling team.

 “Grandma, you will be greatly missed. You were always full of piss and vinegar. All our love, your family.”

Tiny was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Jennie Sharp; husband, Glenn; brother, Bill Sharp; and beloved daughter, Jean (Huff) Larson-Kaurin.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Vicki (Larson) Stimac; great-grandchildren, Jeremy J. Johnson, Brittany Stimac, and John Stimac; nephew, Robert Sharp and family of Spokane, Wash.; great-great grandchildren, Theda-Bel, Kaiya-Mae, and Addie Lou whom she loved dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Snowy Lanes on March 5 at 1 p.m. Memorials can be made to Snowy Lanes for the programs they offer to children or to the charity of your choice.
