Youth Mentoring senior spotlight

Traci McGill

Traci McGill has been with the mentoring program for all four years of her high school career and says “she wouldn’t change a thing; it has been a great experience!” She enjoyed the activities but liked going bowling the best.

Traci says the experience of being a mentor will help her in life. She told us, “mentoring has made it easier for her to meet people and has helped her get over some of her shyness.”

Traci’s role model has been Tricia Gatz. She says her life has been impacted by Tricia’s inspirational and encouraging notes, and her positive attitude.

Traci has participated in FFA, cross country and basketball while at Fergus High. She says a highlight of high school for her was becoming a FFA officer.  She has an interest in agricultural business, and plans on attending the University of Wyoming after graduation.
