Food safety class for food service workers

A safe food-handling class is scheduled in Hobson for people who work in temporary food service such as fair booths, school concession groups, church suppers, banquets, etc., or people employed in the food service areas such as restaurants, hospitals, day cares, agencies, bartending, etc.

The class will begin at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 5. It will be held at the Senior Center in Hobson. For more information, please contact Denise Seilstad at the MSU Extension Office, 535-3919.
