Emalie Kleinsasser named to Dean’s Honor List at Concordia College


Dr. Eric Eliason, dean of the college and vice president of Academic Affairs, has announced the names of students whose superior academic achievement during the second semester of the 2016-17 academic year placed them on the Dean’s Honor List at Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.

“We are proud of the commitment these students show to academic excellence, and we are confident they are preparing themselves well to apply their accomplishments to the affairs of the world,” says Eliason.

Among those who qualified, Lewistown’s own Emalie Kleinsasser (parents, Zeke and Karen Kleinsasser), graduate of Moore High School.

To qualify for this designation, students must carry a minimum of 12 semester credits and have a grade point average of at least a 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.

Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering more than 50 majors, including 15 honors majors and 12 pre-professional programs.
