Lewistown Fire-Rescue

Lewistown Fire Rescue was dispatched to the following calls:

 

Oct. 1

• Medical Call, 2019 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a male experiencing a possible stroke. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

 

Oct. 2

• Medical Call, 0638 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a female experiencing a nosebleed that will not stop. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

• Fire Call, 0922 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a possible natural gas leak. Two firefighter’s responded with one command vehicle.

• Medical Call, 0951 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a male experiencing possible food poisoning. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

• Medical Call, 1123 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of an unknown medical emergency. Firefighter/EMTs responded to administered aid. Upon arrival on scene, no emergency was found.

• Public Assistance Call, 1532 hrs: Two firefighters responded to a residence to change batteries in smoke detectors.

 

Oct. 3

• Motor Vehicle Call, 1312 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a two-vehicle accident, unknown injuries. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

 

Oct. 4

• Medical Call, 0315 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a male experiencing a possible stroke. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

• Medical Call, 0541 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a female experiencing difficulty breathing. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

• Medical Call, 1921 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of an unresponsive female. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

 

Oct. 5

• Medical Call, 1444 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of an unknown medical emergency. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

• Fire Call, 1645 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of heavy black smoke coming from the chimney at a local business. Two firefighter’s responded with one rescue truck and one command vehicle.

• Fire Call, 1909 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a grass fire. One firefighter responded with one brush truck.

 

Oct. 6

• Hazardous Materials Call, 0800 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a gasoline spill. Two firefighters responded with one rescue truck.

• Medical Call, 1646 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a child who fell off a bed and sustained an injury to his head. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

 

Oct. 7

• Medical Call, 1158 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of an intoxicated female with a possible fractured hip. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.

• Medical Call, 1805 hrs: Dispatched to the scene of a male experiencing difficulty breathing. Firefighter/EMTs responded and administered aid. Patient care was turned over to CMMC ambulance personnel upon their arrival.
